Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of The Mechanics of You reading and the bundle that includes a relational analysis. Reading or buying anything from themechanicsofyou.com counts as agreement to what's below. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@themechanicsofyou.com before you order.

1. Who's selling

The seller of record is [Your legal name or registered business], [Your business address], [Country]. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record and handles VAT, sales tax, and invoicing in your jurisdiction. The invoice you receive after purchase is from Lemon Squeezy on our behalf.

2. What you're buying

A digital PDF document, generated specifically for the birth data you provided, sent to the email address you gave at checkout. Two products:

• Individual reading: one PDF of 20 to 25 pages, $19 USD (or local equivalent at Lemon Squeezy's published rate), one-time payment.
• Bundle: two individual readings plus a relational analysis of comparable depth, $32 USD (or local equivalent), one-time payment.

No subscription. No recurring charges. No account is created on our side.

3. Delivery

Generation begins as soon as your payment clears with Lemon Squeezy. The PDF is normally in your inbox within 15 to 30 minutes; sometimes a little longer for the bundle. If the file has not arrived within an hour, write to hello@themechanicsofyou.com with your order id and we will send it to you manually, no extra charge.

4. Right of withdrawal (digital content)

By placing the order you expressly agree that delivery of the digital report begins immediately and you acknowledge that this waives the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (and equivalent regimes in the UK, Switzerland and Norway). Lemon Squeezy includes this consent at checkout where required.

5. Refunds

If the file fails to generate or arrives broken, write to us and we will either send a fresh copy or refund the order in full. Outside of those technical failures, refunds are handled case by case at our discretion: if the document genuinely failed to land for you, we'd rather hear from you than quietly disappoint.

6. Accuracy of birth data

The accuracy of the report depends on the birth date, time and location you supply. Profile in particular shifts with offsets as small as four minutes. We do not verify your data against any external source. If you supply incorrect data, the report will be correct for the data supplied, not for you.

7. Disclaimer

The report is a piece of writing about the mechanics of Human Design as applied to your chart. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, vocational or spiritual advice and is not a substitute for any of them. Use it as a reference, the way you would use a book.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of opportunity, distress, missed dates, and similar). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (e.g. for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Intellectual property

The report is licensed to you for personal use. You may print it, share it with friends or your therapist, quote from it. You may not republish it commercially or pass it off as your own writing.

10. Privacy

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version effective on the date of your order is the one that applies to that order. The current version is always at this URL.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country]. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they would protect you more strongly than the law of [Country].
